Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a gentle, relaxing form of exercise that helps improve strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Rooted in Chinese martial arts, Tai Chi is especially beneficial for older adults and has been proven to help reduce the risk of falls.

# Note: During the first full week of May, classes will be held Monday, May 4 and Friday, May 8 instead.

Join Aspire Health and Wellness for an exclusive event to address urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, and sexual wellness.
Aspire Health and Wellness are the newest owners of a BTL Emsella chair. The event will start at 10:30 AM. Information sessions will be at 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM. Before and after sessions, you can sit on the chair to see what it feels like. There is exclusive event pricing with big savings!
This chair provides 28 minutes of electromagnetic stimulation of treatment for both men and women. You remain fully clothed and seated as the treatment takes place.
At the event you will learn about the chair and technology behind it, try out a complimentary session, and have the chance to win prizes!
If you RSVP, bring a friend, or attend an informational session, you can earn an extra raffle ticket.
